IMXTODO was born from a simple question: why does importing from China have to be so complicated?
Founded in Ningbo, China — one of the world's most important port cities — IMXTODO was created as a direct bridge between Chinese manufacturing and Mexican businesses. We are not distant middlemen operating from a desk on another continent. We are here, in China, visiting factories, negotiating in Mandarin, supervising production and controlling quality in person.
That direct presence is what sets us apart. When a client needs to verify the quality of their goods, we do not hire a third party: we go ourselves. When there is a communication problem with the supplier, we resolve it directly in their language. When an issue arises at the port, we handle it that same day.
With over 10 years of operation, we have managed hundreds of imports — from small test orders to full containers of industrial machinery. Every import has taught us something new, and that accumulated knowledge is what we put at the service of every client.
